MARK TRENWITH

Mark Trenwith is a comedian and entertainer who has performed professionally in stand up, children’s theatre and TV for twenty years in productions such as ‘Ben Ten Live,’ and as Bounce-back Man on ‘Being Me’ (ABC TV). Mark came up with the idea for Mr Snotbottom and writes all the words the characters say. Mark also plays the part of Mr Snotbottom and performs the voices for many of the other characters in the Busy Bodies podcast like The Professor, Noseferatu, PeeWee, Dennis, Mrs Wibble Wabble Wobble Wooble and Rufus.

LORNA CLARKSON
Creative Director
Lorna Clarkson is the Creative Director behind Kinderling Kids Radio and its suite of award-winning children’s podcasts. By night she is also a very sought after Dj! Lorna put the team together to make Busy Bodies. She helps decide things like how much the podcast will cost to make and when the episodes come out!
PHOEBE ZUKOWSKI-WALLACE
Producer/Director
Phoebe is a seasoned producer who has worked alongside some of Australia’s biggest names to create a diverse range of content, including popular kids and parenting shows. With a passion for podcasts, she finds great joy in bringing stories, education, and entertainment to life through engaging audio experiences. Phoebe helps organsie everything. She makes sure everyone knows when and where the recordings will be and also helps to improve the scripts before they are recorded. Pheobe also listens carefully as the actors perform their lines and suggests ways they can make their dialogue sound clearer, more dramatic, funnier or sillier!
JOSH NEWTH
Sound Designer
Josh has worked in the audio industry for over 15 years. He made his start in radio but in recent years he has moved his focus to podcasting. Josh has a strong interest in kids podcasts and has built his own kids podcasting network off the back of the success of his Fun Fables podcast. Josh is in charge of finding all the amazing sounds and bits of music you hear in the podcast. Apart of Josh’s role is to imagine what an environment like the inside of a nose might sound like and then bringing it to life !
STEPHANIE JOHN
Voice over artist
Stephanie John is a musical theatre performer and voice over artist known for her work in shows such as Midnight: The Cinderella Musical, Stranger Sings and as Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Stephanie played the part of Samantha the flying science lab! You might also hear her voice in other podcasts for kids such as Trudie Poodle in ‘The Underdogs.’
BENNY DAVIS
Composer
Benny Davis is a musician and comedian, best known as the keyboardist and musical director of comedy trio The Axis of Awesome. He has composed for television, advertising, short film and live theatre, winning Best Score and Sound Design in the 2013 Sydney Theatre Awards, and the Gold Spike Asia for a 2018 advertising campaign. Benny creates some of the music you hear on the podcast. He uses instruments like guitars, keyboards and computers to perform tracks like the opening theme music and “The Boogers Are Gonnna Getya”

Dave Maney is an award-winning clown, storyteller and character comedian. He has been described as “a laugh out-loud romp” by The Advertiser, and often ignores his Mum’s advice to “stop being silly”. Dave has worked with theatre companies Rawcus and FOG theatre and in 2024 will be the FOG guest Artistic Director. Otherwise, he is a [pretend] librarian and can be heard performing Storytime from the other side of the library (he gets loud when he’s excited).
Lauren Bok is an award-winning comedian, burlesque artist and children's entertainer. Nominated for the Golden Gibbo at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2019, she has been described as 'jaw-achingly brilliant' by The Music and 'a joy to watch' by the Herald Sun. Her credits include mcing The Very Big Laugh Out Loud, performing with Flying Bookworm, hosting D&D podcast Dice Paper Role and being that funny person in line at a supermarket.
